The Nucleocounter SP-100 is a device with internal fluorescence microscopy for the determination of the concentration of total spermatozoa and live and dead spermatozoa.

It is the most reliable system for counting the number of spermatozoa.

The Nucleocounter system consists of the internal fluorescence microscope, the S100 reagent for sample preparation (membrane lysis) and the SP-1 Cassettes for staining cell nuclei with propidium iodide.
