Eosin-nigrosin staining is used to determine the number of live and dead spermatozoa and to analyze morphological characteristics. Spermatozoa with intact cell membranes do not absorb the dye, while those with damaged cell membranes absorb it and appear darker. - No refrigeration required. - Bottle with dispenser pacifier of 10 ml.

- Pack: 20 units
- Determination of bacteria in liquid substances for counts exceeding 100 bacterial colonies/ml. In case of solid materials, the surfaces must be diluted or washed beforehand with purified water for analysis.
- Thanks to laminocultures, a microbiological analysis can be performed by anyone. The only requirement is a standard incubator.

Reagent for use in microscopy in solution, used at 0.1%. Cells stained blue have membrane damage and are non-viable while those that do not absorb methylene have membrane integrity and are therefore considered viable. Use in combination with Bürker or Neubauer chamber to estimate total and viable cell concentrations.
