Cell counting chamber for the determination of sperm concentration by means of a simple calculation. -
Reagent for use in microscopy in solution, used at 0.1%. Cells stained blue have membrane damage and are non-viable while those that do not absorb methylene have membrane integrity and are therefore considered viable. Use in combination with Bürker or Neubauer chamber to estimate total and viable cell concentrations.
