Company's current market share

Our commercial strategy has enabled us to achieve the following quotas. With the exception of Vietnam, where annual sales growth is 100% due to the huge transformation that the market has been undergoing for the last 5 years, in the rest of the countries there is a clear stagnation in the number of farmers and companies are beginning to compete for the same customers,

Quota trend in recent years and expectations for the next few years. The company's most significant customers.

The US market has suffered a significant stagnation and it is with new products that we plan to recover it, precisely this has been one of the major incentives to force the company to enter into this investment process and not to base the distribution of market shares on a price war.
The Latin American and Spanish markets are currently key for the company and we expect to generate growth in China and the USA in the coming years, in each of these markets with a specific strategy for the different livestock groups.

Structure and operation of the technical assistance network, if applicable.

The diluents and catheters, which are the company’s main sales product, require training in their handling, but since they are a consumable, they are maintenance-free.
This initial training has always been offered by Kubus and to date it is done by organizing technical seminars in collaboration with the local distributor who organizes the event and makes the call.
Annually each country is visited by our veterinarians to verify the storage conditions of the products, to help the final customers if there are reproductive problems in the farms, not only to solve problems due to a bad handling of the products, but also to help the farmer to recover normal fertility and management rates by checking everything related to reproduction in the farm.
When evaluating a potential distributor, it has always been a key premise that the distributor’s professional team should include at least one specialist in Reproduction.

Response time

In the event of incidents with any product unit, thanks to the company’s traceability system, all the information related to production and distribution can be obtained in a matter of seconds, and incidents can be reported in real time to the appropriate person and, in extreme cases, defective units can be withdrawn from the market within the deadline set by the distributors. At the national level, any significant incident is handled with a visit by a company veterinarian to the customer’s premises the day after the complaint is filed.
